About Matthew Greenhalgh
Matthew Greenhalgh

Matthew Greenhalgh is the founder of ICRS Consult. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years' experience in construction disputes across the UK, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Matthew has been appointed as a quantum expert in arbitration, litigation and adjudication proceedings. He has acted as an expert witness on quantity surveying matters in professional negligence litigation.
