Received a Notice of Adjudication?
The adjudication timetable is short. Most contracts require the Referral within 7 days of the Notice of Adjudication.
The adjudicator then has 28 days from the date of the Referral to reach a decision. That can extend by up to 14 days with the referring party's consent, or longer if both parties agree after the Referral is given. The date for your Response is set by the adjudicator's directions unless your contract prescribes one.
